Among the strengths of this type of application we shall highlight the cycle times significantly reduced. The robot can be equipped with a gripping systems for of single or multiple pieces. It is possible to adopt various types of feeding:
- • in casual with vision system (e.g. from cargo bed or pallet) to allow greater autonomy of the island and rapid productivity changes (in the case of use of magnets, the inertia of the treated work piece is guaranteed through the certification with Gauss tests.)
- with simple feeding belts without references and position recognition with vision system
- With automatic selection systems with work piece positioning defined or not defined and recognition of the position with vision system
- with palletized systems dedicated per medium-long series
- Revolving storesi
The working island can be designed with robot serving multiple machines.
